This Webinar kicks off our program year with the theme of:  Moving Forward, What’s Next?. Our 4 panelist will discuss from their expertise and perspectives the challenges and opportunities we’ve experienced over the last 18+ months and what we need to prepare for moving forward.

Change is hard and preparing for and executing change in organization operations creates a unique dynamic. Organizations are regrouping after adjusting and adapting to different strategies employed to deal with COVID-19. Some organizations remained fully operational onsite, others moved to a fully remote operations, and others had to execute a blended operation. HR professionals had to work closely with operational and technology counterparts to ensure proper staffing and support.

Each panelist will discuss from their experience how their organization(s) navigated the process – what worked, what didn’t and how quickly they were required to pivot to address the changing landscape during the pandemic. They will also provide insights as to how they prepared for the “return to normal”, what steps have been taken and what they anticipate will be the challenges and opportunites moving forward.

Additionally, they will share insights on the mental psychie and the issues associated with re-patriating employees, re-newing culture, navigating changing business models, and appropriate communication and workplace behavior.

Our panelist include two senior HR professionals from different industries that employed different strategies during the pandemic, an organizational consultant/EAP counselor, and a public health advocate.
